Therapy can help you to recognize that hardships and suffering are part of the human journey. The therapeutic process of exploring your inner life, the unresolved trauma—hurts and fears—as well as the resiliency that has helped you survive, creates opportunities for you to heal. By beginning to live as the person you were created to be, and by listening to your own inner voice and the voice of God, you can begin to live a more RARE and joyful life that honors you and those around you.
I will help you learn to Remain relational, Act like your true self, Return to joy and peace from emotional upset, and to Endure hardships and suffering well.
My hope for you is that you begin to experience and live in the peace, calm, and relational joy that come with mastering essential brain skills that most of us missed as we grew up.
What Are the Results?
When we practice relational brain skills, we are better able to sort out what is important, recover from relational upsets, deal with the BIG emotions, and access and experience God’s presence in our daily lives. We are also much better equipped to spread our peace and joy to others!
Together, we will explore your life’s journey thus far and what is happening in your life today. We will begin to unpack how you relate to yourself and to those around you as well as investigate how past traumas may be having an impact on you in the present.
